Two current joint projects are the organization of seminars and the Northern Artist -project that seeks to bring the works of Northern artists to limelight and to public conscience.

The collaboration between Kari Huhtamo Art Foundation and the University of Lapland continues. This time we also had a new partner: the City of Rovaniemi. Relatio Artis –seminar engaged established and acclaimed art professionals as collaborative partners in an educational effort to enrich and encourage the students interested in pursuing a career in the arts. The seminar was also a tribute to the creative Northern spirit: this public offering contextualizing the artistic process coincided with the opening of the House of Culture Korundi.
